Micro Stone is a duo project of Japanese bassist Yasuyuki Shiraki and a drummer Hiroaki Machida. Their debut album "Beats Are Ready" has been gaining popularity on Internet within fusion enthusiasts in Japan.

Though "Beats Are Ready" were not released from a major record label, recently their CDs are available in major stores like Tower Records, HMV and Virgin Mega Stores supported by popularity on Internet.

They call their music as "Instrumental Pop" because they don't want to limit their music in certain genre. Their music has real groove with memorable simple melod
